Dr. Norma Lange-Tagaza was born in the Philippines and now resides in Germany. She has a PhD in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of the Philippines and a Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Business Management in Calcutta, India. Norma Lange-Tagaza has completed a wide variety of training courses, e.g., in the areas of project management, negotiation and conflict resolution. She is also certified administrator for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Norma Lange-Tagaza has many years of international professional experience having worked in several countries in Asia, i.e., Philippines, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and some African countries. Since 1990 she has been working as an intercultural senior trainer, executive coach and consultant for profit and non-profit organizations. She is also a lecturer at various academic institutions in Germany and the Philippines.
