Molly Ng is a highly accomplished and innovate consultant, trainer and facilitator designing and delivering training modules to organisations in their German/Europe-Asian collaboration. She has proven track record of tailoring programmes to be relevant in the ever-changing and challenging business environment. Her areas of expertise involve intercultural competencies and skills, knowledge transfer, team building and development, and cross-cultural leadership. Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Molly had the opportunity to work in the Southeast Asia region in the R&D department of a chemical company. Subsequently, she moved to Germany and graduated with a German Masters in Southeast Asia Studies and Psychology. She was in the marketing department of an automotive company supporting projects in market strategies in Asia Pacific. Molly also lectured in the University of Nuertingen-Geislingen for master students of Automotive Management. Certified as a coach & trainer of The International Profiler (TIP) and Lego® Serious Play® method and materials, she also processes the knowledge in the latest insights of psychology of intercultural experiences, brain and mind sciences. Countries of focus are Greater China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Germany.
