Isabelle Hansen, M.A., is German-French and has studied East Asian economics and politics as well as business administration in Germany and China.
Since 2010 she has been working independently as a certified trainer, business coach and consultant. Isabelle Hansen gained extensive international work and management experience in various companies from different industries in the development of new markets, especially in China and Asia. Her most recent experience was in a media joint venture in Beijing, where she led a team of around 20 Chinese as Head of Marketing & Development and worked with the management on the implementation of new processes and integration into the international group. Ms. Hansen has about 30 years of operational and strategic China experience.
As a systemic solution-focused coach, Isabelle Hansen coaches international professionals and managers at all levels. As a certified Business Facilitator & Agile Facilitator and as an Agile Change Manager, she supports companies and teams in their development and culture change. Her trainings and workshops incorporate her experience, agile methods and approaches as well as gamification – participants should learn and develop with fun and ease. Since 2017, she has been conducting virtual trainings and is a certified live online trainer.
