Employee Motivation in times of Global Leadership

Demographics are rapidly changing, and our workforce is increasingly becoming more diverse every day, making it necessary, as a global leader, to understand motivation on an intercultural level. Motivation is an essential element in creating a successful workplace. Understanding the role of culture and its correlation to employee motivation lets us take a first step in the right direction. To effectively motivate employees and promote potential, it is worthwhile to focus on different cultural values and orientation systems. The most important motivating factor, regardless of culture and company worldwide, is indeed respect. Integrating intercultural competence into the corporate strategy and implementing it at the executive level is a critical element for establishing an organizational and work culture in which the potential of all employees can unfold.

• As a virtual workshop: 9 am – 12 pm and 2 pm – 5 pm
• As in-house measure: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. incl. lunch and coffee breaks
