Raphael Schoen lives with his family in Berlin. From 2002 to 2018 Raphael worked in international sales, managed representatives, foreign branch offices, and developed strategic markets globally. He owns a B.Eng. Degree, an MBA degree (HHL Leipzig/ Boston University), and did his Ph.D. in International Negotiations (HHL Leipzig – Graduate School of Management in conjunction with the Harvard Business School). 2018, Raphael graduated as a trainer and coach for intercultural competence at the artop Institute of the Humboldt University in Berlin. Raphael trains now stock index companies, SME’s up to companies from Silicon Valley from the following industries: IT, energy, automotive, aerospace, technical suppliers, manufacturing, biomedicine, etc. In addition, he teaches at international business schools.
