Yusuf Altınışık holds a master’s degree in (inter-)cultural and cognitive linguistics as well as intercultural communication (2021/2022). Since 2018, he has obtained numerous certifications in coaching and training, with a focus on interculturality, giftedness, potential development, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). He is a sought-after speaker, known for his successful TEDx Talk on “Intercultural and Agile Leadership”. In recent years, he has worked as a New Work expert and change management consultant, supporting companies in sustainably implementing modern working practices. Currently, Yusuf Altınışık works as an Agile Coach, Trainer, and Consultant. At an internationally operating software company, he guides the implementation of agile methods in intercultural teams. Additionally, he supports leaders, professionals, and companies as a Business Coach in the fields of agile working, intercultural communication, and leadership development. Today, he proudly calls himself “The Holistic Leader”.

Two additional aspects make him truly unique: his ADHD. This allows him to reduce learning content didactically and teach it in an interdisciplinary manner. He also offers coaching for individuals who are gifted and/or have ADHD. With this approach, he has developed an excellent, holistic methodology that enables him to assist and serve his trainees and coachees in their diverse areas of responsibility.
