Modular Course: Train the Live Online Trainer

In the realm of virtual training, too, there are several unexpected opportunities to activate, involve and excite course participants. This course will demonstrate in a practical way what technical and methodical instruments are available for interactive and creative live online training courses. And in a study group, you can reflect on the manifold application options, while profiting from the experiences of your colleagues.
Learn how you can teach online just as confidently and effectively as you can in a classroom: step by step, and with plenty of room to practice.
Target group
Trainers and coaches who support companies and organizations in human resources development, who promote employee soft skills and self-efficacy in learning and who are thus experienced in conducting various activating face-to-face formats.
Participants are familiar with online tools and have already gained a basic knowledge of using chat software or virtual whiteboard features.

Modular Course
- Module A – The Basics: Learning in the virtual realm
- Modules B + C – Tools Parts 1 + 2: Using functions with confidence
- Module D – Identifying and mastering conceptual challenges
- Module E – The transfer and use of methods in the virtual realm
- Module F – Hosting larger groups in an activating and result-oriented manner
- Peer groups.
Note on times
6 online modules of 120 minutes each, two days with each unit from 8 am – 6 pm CET including breaks and work in peer groups.
