The Journey

The Leadership Activation Journey (LAJ) takes place directly at the workplace and unfolds in three Phases over six months.

  • Phase 1: Activate your Inner Leadership – Create clarity around who you really want to be and develop strong personal mastery, so you can turn any challenging situation into an opportunity for growth and success.
    • MODULE 1: Your Compass – Here you will create your personal compass for making better choices in your professional and personal life.
    • MODULE 2: Personal Mastery – Learn to lead your thoughts, emotions and habits instead of being led by them.
    • MODULE 3: Your Mission – Choose the role you want to play in your organization
  • Phase 2: Activate 360° engagement – Develop the coaching skills and the mental and cultural agility you need to build trust fast, so you can negotiate successfully, get your superiors and colleagues on board, and activate your team’s hidden potential – even when you think it’s impossible.
    • MODULE 4: 360° Connection – Learn to build trust fast with your superiors, team members and colleagues across functions and cultures.
    • MODULE 5: Powerful Communication – Learn to overcome conflicts and inspire action through conscious conversations and essential coaching skills.
    • MODULE 6: Co-creation –  Learn to tap into people’s collective intelligence and to facilitate the development of smart and sustainable solutions.
  • Phase 3: Expand your impact – Learn to keep people on board even in challenging times. Practice building psychological safety and a growth mindset in your team, so you all become an inspiring benchmark for what is possible in your organization.
    • MODULE 7: Partnership – Keep people on board even in challenging times.
    • MODULE 8: Growth Culture – Build an environment of continuous learning.
    • MODULE 9: Legacy – Create true leaders who become role models for conscious, agile and high-performing collaboration.

How it works

  • Start: October 26th, 2022 – One or more of your Emerging Leaders can join from anywhere in the world. Let them meet other global managers and our LAJ Coaches at our live online Kick-Off event in October.
  • Dynamic, results-driven experience – The LAJ program unfolds over six months around concrete work-related projects and challenges, so your leaders grow on-the-job. The LAJ program integrates practical tools with mini-trainings, coaching, and so much more!
  • Strong Finish – Your emerging leaders will develop a stronger connection to your organization and become inspiring role models for their colleagues. At the end of the program they will receive an LAJ Leader Certification.

What is included

  • Online Platform learning: the participants move forward at their own pace, track their progress and access practical tools, self-coaching, and relevant, bite-sized training any time they want.
  • 12 x Live Bootcamps: the participants receive practical support, learn from others and get inspired in our engaging live Bootcamps. They take place twice a month (90 minutes each).
  • Peer Coaching: it accelerates their growth by practising with other participants 1-to-1 to solve current work challenges or before difficult conversations (1 hour per month).
  • 2 x 1-to-1 LAJ Coaching: Individual sessions with our LAJ Coach to move forward faster. The LAJ program includes 2 x 1-hr Leadership Coaching Sessions.
  • 3 x Alignment Sessions with the participant, their manager and HR (at the start, mid and end of the program, 30 minutes each)
  • Global DISC Assesment: The award-winning Global DISC assessment and the 1-hr Debriefing Session help your leaders to understand how to interact more effectively with the people around them.
  • Monthly Check-Ups: Each month, participants measure their progress, so they know in which areas they are moving forward and what they need to do differently to get better results. (15 minutes each month).

Learn wherever and whenever you like.

With our more than 30 innovative e-learning courses to date, you’ll become fit for intercultural business situations. You and your employees control your own learning process – just the way you need it: Where, when and for as long as you like! Become familiar with the most important cultural business peculiarities of a country, in order to “survive” intercultural business situations.

  • The courses are designed with an eye to variety and include several interactive course elements. The combination of reading and listening texts, videos, animations, short exercises and quizzes motivates learners to take part with their full attention.
  • Every participant receives a corresponding course book in digital form. This enables learners to enhance and refresh their knowledge. Upon request, it can also be provided in your layout and CI.
  • In the case of more extensive needs, the courses can be combined with coaching and/or workshops in a blended format.
  • The average time needed to complete each course is between 70 and 90 minutes.
  • If desired, the individual e-learning courses can also be integrated into your own LMS.
  • In addition to existing courses, further e-learning courses are continually being developed. We would be happy to develop specific e-learning courses for your internal needs.

In contrast to the traditional waterfall method of change management, the agile route assumes that change is possible everywhere in the system.
