Molly Ng is a highly accomplished and innovative consultant, trainer and facilitator who designs and delivers training modules for organisations in their German/Europe-Asian collaborations. She has a proven track record of tailoring programmes to be relevant in the ever changing and challenging business environment. Her areas of expertise involve intercultural skills and competencies, knowledge transfer, team building and development, and cross-cultural leadership.
Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Molly had the opportunity to work in the Southeast Asia region in the R&D department of a chemical company. Subsequently, she moved to Germany and completed a German Masters in Southeast Asian Studies and Psychology. She was in the marketing department of an automotive company supporting strategy projects in the Asia Pacific region.
Molly has also lectured at the University of Nuertingen-Geislingen for master students in Automotive Management. Certified as an Agile Team Coach and in the Lego® Serious Play® method and materials, Molly also draws on the latest insights in the psychology of intercultural experience, brain and mind sciences. Countries of focus are China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Germany. She also passes on her knowledge as a trainer in the Train-the-Trainer programme.
Molly is an active member of SIETAR, the leading society for intercultural education, training, and research. She leads the Stuttgart regional group of SIETAR in Germany.
