With 25 years of professional experience as business graduate and environmental scientist (M.Sc), Stephan Hild is an expert in international business life. Coordinating and leading projects, he has worked for globally operating companies, organisations and associations, collaborating, for example, with professionals, executives and engineers. Due to his long-term stays in the USA, where he was key account manager of the World Bank in Washington D.C., India, the Netherlands and Portugal he is very experienced in working with international teams. In 2015, Stephan Hild established his own company, Cultural Consultant, where he has since been working as certified intercultural trainer, coach and mediator, also in the area change management. Combining intercultural sensitivity with economical thinking is one of Stephan’s strengths.
