Marina Reuchlen is an experienced trainer, consultant and coach for intercultural collaboration, effective communication, and leadership development. With a keen sense for client requirements and methodically creative coaching and training concepts, she supports her clients in developing authentic and effective action strategies in their professional environment.
In her many years of professional experience, Marina has worked with a variety of international organizations and companies from a wide range of industries, such as Automotive, IT, Pharma, Chemistry and Banks. She is a certified Business Mediator and Systemic Business Coach and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in Intercultural Communication and Management. Marina lived and studied in the USA for a total of 7 years and worked for an international consulting company in Chicago.
