For man has closed himself up, till he sees all things thro&#8217; narrow chinks of his cavern.\u201d (William Blake)<\/h4>\n<p>Irena Morajko-Welzel was born in Poland and, due to her Ukrainian roots, grew up bilingually and biculturally, coming into contact with the topic of interculturality at an early age. Since 1985, she has lived in Germany, and has served as a trainer and coach in the intercultural realm since 1993. The focus of her training is in working together with people to examine their respective personalities and cultural influences, in order to prepare them for and support them in their specific tasks within an enterprise. In addition to an academic examination of the subject of interculturality, she provides training and coaching in support of international managers in companies from the most varied of industries.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Training, coaching, and consulting aspects<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Geographic focus: Central and Eastern European countries (e.g. Poland, Ukraine, Russia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, and Georgia)<\/li>\n<li>Consulting and one-on-one training for expatriates and their families for assignments in Central and Eastern Europe<\/li>\n<li>Training courses on intercultural competence (including country-specific and cross-country sensitization for Central and Eastern Europe)<\/li>\n<li>Training courses on intercultural management (e.g. leadership, negotiations)<\/li>\n<li>Intercultural team development (e.g. production, sales and distribution)<\/li>\n<li>Intercultural consulting and organizational development<\/li>\n<li>Stress management and work-life balance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;If the doors of perception were cleansed, every thing would appear to man as it is, Infinite.
