\nBorn in California, raised in Colorado, Christiena is now living in the beautiful Sauerland, Germany. Her bicultural track record provides her with a unique understanding of both German and US culture. This foundation is augmented by her education in international business administration, extensive hands-on experience, and living and working in Japan combined with over 10 years of corporate experience in an international environment. As a trained intercultural business expert, she continually advances her skills to develop and design benefit-oriented concepts for her customers. Her customers especially value her pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. She has been on the board of SIETAR Germany e.V. for several years, currently as president, an organization whose purpose is to encourage the development and application of knowledge, values and skills that enable effective intercultural and interethnic relations at individual, group, organization and community levels.
