I am happiest while working with people and can exercise a positive influence on their growth and development. It was through teaching German that I identified my \u201epeople first\u201c nature and passion for communication skills training. Then came a desire to extend these qualities to benefit others. In teaching others, we learn a great deal ourselves, and this, in my view, is one of the greatest gifts of being a consultant and trainer. I am also deeply invested in my own growth and development and active on various trainer forums.<\/p>\n
