Gregor worked as a trainer since 2014 and is an Intercultural Coach for ti communication, a certified Executive Coach and a Lecturer for MBA\/EMBA classes. His specialization is facilitating cross-cultural teams on strategies to effectively accomplish their business objectives. Gregor has extensive experience working with senior leadership teams on developing their global leadership skills to effectively work across multiple cultures. His focus has been on delivering Intercultural Management programs in APAC, with an emphasis on SE- Asia and Thailand. In the past 30 years, Gregor has worked extensively across multiple industries and on different continents, including country manager \/ senior management positions in high tech, manufacturing, the service sector and academia.\u00a0 His previous work experience was primarily in the high-tech manufacturing sector where he had P&L responsibility for different sales organizations and manufacturing plants in APAC and EU. Since 2012 Gregor\u2019s home base is Bangkok.<\/p>\n
