Chinese culture has a decisive influence on the way your colleagues think, feel and act. Work and leadership styles that we take for granted are suddenly inappropriate and wrong. Chinese emphasize different values in work and business life, which can easily lead to difficulties in everyday life, and &#8211; if used correctly &#8211; also offers potential for development.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Contents<\/h4>\n<p>The Blended Learning Course guides you through the cultural differences in a practice-oriented way.<br \/>\nYou will find the following contents in the four modules, which you can book individually or as a whole:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Module 1: What does culture mean? &#8211; Getting to know cultural sensitivity and improving personal perception.<\/li>\n<li>Module 2: Country and people &#8211; Acquiring knowledge about &#8220;What makes China tick? Country, language, people, customs and traditions.<\/li>\n<li>Module 3: Communicating with Chinese &#8211; Improving communication with Chinese colleagues, customers and Chinese employees.<\/li>\n<li>Module 4: Working with Chinese &#8211; learning and practicing the key elements of working culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Benefits<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Sensitivity to cultural differences acquired<\/li>\n<li>Learn what your personal perception is and what consequences this has for good cooperation<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge about &#8220;What makes China tick? State, language, people, customs and traditions, acquired<\/li>\n<li>Causes of conflict areas\/misunderstandings understood and solutions found<\/li>\n<li>Improved communication with Chinese customers and Chinese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Methods<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Interactive (group) exercises for reflection and application.<\/li>\n<li>Practice-based case studies from several years of cultural experience of the trainer.<\/li>\n<li>Exchange of best practice, experience and mutual learning.<\/li>\n<li>Application of cultural models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Schedule<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Total learning time of the self-learning units approx. 90 minutes, individual processing time may vary depending on intensity.<\/li>\n<li>Four modules can also be used individually as microlearning.<\/li>\n<li>4 x webinar 90 minutes or 1 day face-to-face training session<\/li>\n<li>Total: 720 minutes = 12 hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Number of participants: 3 to max 10<\/h4>\n<p>You can book the training as an in-house measure or as a virtual training.
