Let them meet other global managers and our LAJ Coaches at our live online Kick-Off event in October.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"block-1644334662940_1\" class=\" block-type--text text-left col-6 \" data-reveal-event=\"\" data-reveal-offset=\"\" data-reveal-units=\"seconds\">\n<div class=\"block box-shadow-none aos-init aos-animate\" data-aos=\"none\" data-aos-delay=\"0\" data-aos-duration=\"0\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dynamic, results-driven experience &#8211; <\/strong>The LAJ program unfolds <strong>over six months<\/strong> around concrete work-related projects and challenges, so your leaders grow <strong>on-the-job<\/strong>. The LAJ program integrates practical tools with mini-trainings, coaching, and so much more!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Strong Finish &#8211; <\/strong>Your\u00a0emerging leaders will develop a <strong>stronger connection to your organization<\/strong> and become <strong>inspiring role models<\/strong> for their colleagues. At the end of the program they will\u00a0receive an LAJ Leader Certification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>What is included<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Online Platform learning<\/strong>: the participants move forward at their own pace, track their progress and access practical tools, self-coaching, and relevant, bite-sized training any time they want.<\/li>\n<li><strong>12 x Live Bootcamps<\/strong>: the participants receive practical support, learn from others and get inspired in our engaging live Bootcamps. They take place twice a month (90 minutes each).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Peer Coaching<\/strong>: it accelerates their growth by practising with other participants 1-to-1 to solve current work challenges or before difficult conversations (1 hour per month).<\/li>\n<li><strong>2 x 1-to-1 LAJ Coaching<\/strong>: Individual sessions with our LAJ Coach to move forward faster. The LAJ program includes 2 x 1-hr Leadership Coaching Sessions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>3 x Alignment Sessions <\/strong>with the participant, their manager and HR (at the start, mid and end of the program, 30 minutes each)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Global DISC Assesment<\/strong>: The award-winning Global DISC assessment and the 1-hr Debriefing Session help your leaders to understand how to interact more effectively with the people around them.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monthly Check-Ups<\/strong>: Each month, participants measure their progress, so they know in which areas they are moving forward and what they need to do differently to get better results.
