Underestimated by many, Romania offers excellent skilled workers based on extremely solid training. Romanians do not see themselves as Eastern Europeans because they belong to the Roman culture and they are very proud of it. It is therefore advisable to know more about the country and its diverse landscape and cultural composition. Not only is Bucharest a booming metropolis, the city of Cluj in the west of the country is also an attractive place to invest. The business culture in Romania surprises with a mixture of factual orientation and cordiality. The boundaries between business and personal life are blurred, and it is important for Romanians to build good and sustainable professional and business relationships. Time management can therefore be a challenge.
