The geographical proximity of the popular destination for vacation and holidays leads to the perception that we know each other and have found successful forms of communication. However, this is often not the case. In the interaction between Germans and Italians, cultural differences and numerous misconceptions repeatedly lead to misunderstandings and conflicts in various areas of business communication. Economic cooperation requires both sides to have in-depth knowledge of their own and the foreign culture so that synergy potentials can be exploited. The training is intended to make a valuable contribution to this.<\/p>\n<h4>Benefits<\/h4>\n<div class=\"col-sm-10\">\n<ul>\n<li>Confidence in business contacts through background knowledge of cultural imprints<\/li>\n<li>Recognizing synergy potentials in intercultural cooperation (with intercultural teams)<\/li>\n<li>Developing skills to prevent and\/or deal with misunderstandings and conflicts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Methods<\/h4>\n<div class=\"col-sm-10\">\n<ul>\n<li>Practice-oriented information<\/li>\n<li>Exercises (individual and in groups)<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of (own) case studies<\/li>\n<li>Exchange of experiences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Note on times<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>As a virtual workshop: 9 am &#8211; 12 pm and 2 pm &#8211; 5 pm<\/li>\n<li>As in-house measure: 9 a.m. &#8211; 5 p.m. incl. lunch and coffee breaks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Number of participants: 3 to max. 10<\/h4>\n<p>You can book the training as an in-house measure or as a virtual training. If more than two people are interested, we can also schedule an open training according to your wishes.
