Travel and face2face meetings suddenly disappeared, but projects still had to continue. By remote control, with trial and error. Without specific preparation or training in this previously little-used medium. Since then, many people have found themselves in a day that is riddled with online meetings. Terms like &#8220;zoom fatigue,&#8221; &#8220;resilience,&#8221; etc. indicate that face2face meeting principles do not simply translate into the virtual space. Because virtual collaboration is here to stay in the post-Covid era, it is time for a moment of individual pause, reflection on own experiences and sharing of tools &amp; rules for successful virtual communication. Depending on the needs of the participants, the following topics, for example, which play a role in the communication and collaboration of multicultural teams, can be highlighted:<\/p>\n<h4>Main Contents<\/h4>\n<div class=\"col-sm-10\">\n<ul>\n<li>Challenge cultural intelligence &#8211; cultural ways of thinking and working<\/li>\n<li>Challenge virtual space &#8211; virtual meetings &#8211; face2face meetings &#8211; hybrid meeting forms<\/li>\n<li>Intercultural meets virtual &#8211; mastering dual challenges for the design of online meetings<\/li>\n<li>Bridging distance, creating closeness and psychological security<\/li>\n<li>Agile tools and best practices for the design and execution of virtual meetings in all meeting phases<\/li>\n<li>Enabling interaction and feedback, managing team dynamics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Benefits<\/h4>\n<div class=\"col-sm-10\">\n<ul>\n<li>Reflection of own experiences<\/li>\n<li>Exchange among participants with their best practices<\/li>\n<li>Reflection on the role and skillset of the meeting faciliator<\/li>\n<li>Improve virtual meeting quality, know about the team dynamics, identify individual fields of action, gain security and lightness in faciliating online meetings<\/li>\n<li>Toolset &#8211; fill and expand own tool box<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Note on times<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>As a virtual workshop: 9 am &#8211; 12 pm and 2 pm &#8211; 5 pm<\/li>\n<li>As in-house measure: 9 a.m. &#8211; 5 p.m. incl. lunch and coffee breaks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This course is also available as a Short Workshop.
