Why does your Korean counterpart want an extra effort again even though you have just concluded a long-term contract? Would you like to know on which foundations human interaction is based and how important they are for your sustainable business success?<\/p>\n

The Korean economy is famous for the export of cars, consumer electronics and since recently also pop culture. The political situation is marked by the division of the Korean peninsula. As a visitor, you are tempted to believe that Koreans are like Westerners, and technology-oriented early adopters. Difficult to perceive but important for your success is that human interaction is still based on ancient Confucian values. However, these values are changing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
