Over the past few months, the region has increasingly come into the spotlight for Western investors. Many large corporations have already discovered the \u2018new Asia\u2019 for themselves. To ensure that the path to success in these countries is just as assured, it is worth taking a targeted look at the characteristics of these cultures. This is because different values and underlying assumptions result in different solutions and approaches. If you are not prepared for these differences, they can lead to mistakes and losses. Our intercultural training on East and South-East Asia provides you with an insight into the cultural, political, historical and economic contexts of these countries.<\/p>\n<p>In the virtual East and South-East Asia training course, you will learn about the following topics, which are important in your collaboration with East and South-East Asian partners, clients and staff:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What cultural roots play a role in Asian collaboration?<\/li>\n<li>How do I engage in face-saving communication, and how can I give and receive feedback?<\/li>\n<li>Trust management \u2013 How do I build trust and how do I maintain it effectively?<\/li>\n<li>How do decision-making processes work in the Asian region?<\/li>\n<li>People management \u2013 What does hierarchy mean to Asians and how do I deal with it?<\/li>\n<li>Team project \u2013 What does planning and collaboration involve?<\/li>\n<li>Etiquette \u2013 Dos and don\u2019ts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Benefits<\/h4>\n<p>This training course will provide you with initial insights into how to interact successfully with clients, partners and colleagues from Asia.
