A key aspect of the workshop is teaching leaders how to recognize and address their employees&#8217; needs to bring out the best in them. Additionally, the workshop explores how the brain functions and how this knowledge can be leveraged to lead both oneself and others better. Another focus is placed on the strategic use of constructive questions and the development of a coaching approach to support and motivate employees.
