Motivation is an essential element in creating a successful workplace. Understanding the role of culture and its correlation to employee motivation lets us take a first step in the right direction. To effectively motivate employees and promote potential, it is worthwhile to focus on different cultural values and orientation systems. The most important motivating factor, regardless of culture and company worldwide, is indeed respect.
