Irena Morajko-Welzel

Irena Morajko-Welzel was born in Poland and, due to her Ukrainian roots, grew up bilingually and biculturally, coming into contact with the topic of interculturality at an early age. Since 1985, she has lived in Germany, and has served as a trainer and coach in the intercultural realm since 1993. The focus of her training is in working together with people to examine their respective personalities and cultural influences, in order to prepare them for and support them in their specific tasks within an enterprise. In addition to an academic examination of the subject of interculturality, she provides training and coaching in support of international managers in companies from the most varied of industries.
