DESCRIPTION:Business Training for Professionals \nSingapore and Malaysia\, two of the most prominent players in Southeast Asia\, offer a variety of opportunities for doing business. Singapore\, also known as the “Lion City”\, is a small city-state and a hub for logistics\, financial and hightech industry\, research and development. Malaysia\, much larger in size and with an abundance of natural resources\, focuses on oil and gas industries\, agriculture and manufacturing. Both countries lure with a well-educated workforce and an attractive economic landscape. \nAll this sounds and is promising but what happens when Western and Asian cultures meet? How can we bridge cultural differences when it comes to negotiations\, meetings\, organisational development\, leadership style and conflict management? \nIn this training the participants can increase their awareness of cultural characteristics.
