SUMMARY:Intercultural Training Hungary: Successful communication and cooperation with Hungarian employees\, colleagues and business partners
DESCRIPTION:How can I communicate in an interculturally skilful and type-specific way to be able to recognise and avoid conflicts? The intercultural training for Hungary illustrates the differences in socio-culturally shaped patterns of thinking and behaviour in an intensive and multifaceted way. Participants gain an overview of country-specific cultural characteristics in order to better understand the people and work situations in Hungary. Thus\, they are enabled to independently work out intercultural solution strategies and to recognise and deal with intercultural areas of conflict at an early stage. The participants are able to use potential synergies more efficiently and apply them accordingly. In this way\, common goals can be achieved with more ease\, while taking the local culture into account.\nIn addition\, participants will reflect on their own culture and personality in order to better understand cultural differences. \nContents\n\n\nBuilding relationships\nManaging time\nUnderstanding rules and quality\nHierarchy and status\nResponsibility and initiative\nStructure and motivation\nTeam concept\nDealing with emotions in meetings and negotiations\nExpressing feedback and criticism\n\n\nBenefits\n\n\nYou are made aware of the Hungarian culture\nYou know the most important cultural differences in communication\, negotiation and cooperation\nYou will be able to deal with the differences efficiently and successfully\nYou know the success strategies for joint meetings and project goals\nYou increase your action\, communication and impact competence\n\n\nMethods\n\n\nInteractive\, practice-based training drawing on 16 years of experience of the trainer\nReflection and self-evaluation exercises\nTransfer exercises\, short knowledge inputs\, quizzes and analysis of concrete case studies\nCompilation of a personal action plan\, learning objectives and strategies\nUse of cultural models as a navigation tool\n\n\nNote on times\n\nAs a virtual workshop: 9 am – 12 pm and 2 pm – 5 pm\nAs in-house measure: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. incl. lunch and coffee breaks\n\nNumber of participants: 3 to max. 10\nYou can book the training as an in-house measure or as a virtual training.
