Then this course is interesting for you! \nWorking with Chinese colleagues internationally or in China is part of everyday working life in many companies. Chinese culture has a decisive influence on the way your colleagues think\, feel and act. Work and leadership styles that we take for granted are suddenly inappropriate and wrong. Chinese emphasize different values in work and business life\, which can easily lead to difficulties in everyday life\, and – if used correctly – also offers potential for development. \n  \nContents\nThe Blended Learning Course guides you through the cultural differences in a practice-oriented way.\nYou will find the following contents in the four modules\, which you can book individually or as a whole: \n\nModule 1: What does culture mean? – Getting to know cultural sensitivity and improving personal perception.\nModule 2: Country and people – Acquiring knowledge about “What makes China tick? Country\, language\, people\, customs and traditions.\nModule 3: Communicating with Chinese – Improving communication with Chinese colleagues\, customers and Chinese employees.\nModule 4: Working with Chinese – learning and practicing the key elements of working culture\n\nBenefits\n\nSensitivity to cultural differences acquired\nLearn what your personal perception is and what consequences this has for good cooperation\nBasic knowledge about “What makes China tick? Living and working in Germany can be an exciting but also challenging experience. The work and daily culture can significantly differ from your home country.
