Modular Course: Train the Online Trainer

Mastering the interactive switch from flipchart to live online training

„Help, I need to teach my courses online now!...".

The current situation requires us trainers to acquire the skills needed for conducting virtual training courses even more quickly than expected or planned. And we can already see it now: Post-corona, things won’t go back to the way they were. “Corona” is simply serving as a “turbo catalyst” for the implementation of innovative and virtual learning formats which will influence our development and learning methods on the long term.

In the realm of virtual training, too, there are several unexpected opportunities to activate, involve and excite course participants. This course will demonstrate in a practical way what technical and methodical instruments are available for interactive and creative live online training courses. And in a study group, you can reflect on the manifold application options, while profiting from the experiences of your colleagues.

Prepare yourself for a new age. Learn how you can teach online just as confidently and effectively as you can in a classroom: step by step, and with plenty of room to practice.

Peer groups

Participants who book the entire course of study form peer groups after each individual module (A through F), in which they work together to practice the previously learned elements using defined exercises. The experiences in the peer groups are then evaluated at the start of the subsequent module.

Modules D, E and F for advanced users

The impulse-giving modules on the interactive and creative methodology and didactics of live online trainings alternate with peer group work by the participants. This serves to deepen the content learned, to practice and try out tools, and to conduct further research with an eye on individual work practice. The peer groups are an important part of the learning process, which the participants organize and design by themselves responsibly. The trainer is at your side as a supportive learning companion.
