Alexandra Metzger holds a degree in international cultural studies and business administration. Since 1990 her focus has been on Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking countries. In 2007 she became a certified trainer, business coach and consultant. Before that, she worked in Automotive Industry for 11 years in Purchasing and Project Management. During that time, she gained extensive international experience and worked as expatriate in Mexico. As a manager she was responsible for new vehicle projects in emerging markets and led a team with diverse cultural backgrounds. After that, she moved to southern Spain and worked with a training and coaching institute. Alexandra coaches international professionals, executives and top managers. Training assignments take her abroad several times a year. As a scrum master Alexandra helps companies to implement agility in international settings. 2018 she also started to offer virtual trainings and became a certified online trainer.
