Als Projekt- und Produktmanagerin arbeitete sie f\u00fcr \u00fcber 10 Jahre in Deutschland und Japan und pflegte enge internationale Gesch\u00e4ftsbeziehungen. 2007 entschied sie sich f\u00fcr den Weg in die Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit. Dabei half ihr eine fundierte und qualitativ hochwertige Weiterbildung als Interkulturelle Business Trainerin. Seither gibt sie ihr interkulturelles Know-How in effektiven Trainings, Coachings und Beratung weiter. Durch regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Fortbildungen ist sie immer auf dem Stand der Zeit. Ihre Kunden sch\u00e4tzen besonders ihre pragmatische und l\u00f6sungsorientierte Herangehensweise. Seit mehreren Jahren ist sie im Vorstand von SIETAR Deutschland e.V. aktiv, die bundesweit gr\u00f6\u00dfte Organisation f\u00fcr Personen, die auf dem Gebiet der interkulturellen Zusammenarbeit und der kulturellen Diversit\u00e4t t\u00e4tig sind; zurzeit in der Funktion als 1.
