Als Auslandsdeutscher lebt er in Shanghai und Thailand. Laurenz f\u00fchrt f\u00fcr Kunden &#8211; dies sind zumeist in China und Ostasien ans\u00e4ssige Niederlassungen mittelst\u00e4ndischer Konzerne aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum &#8211; Strategie-Workshops durch, die verschiedene Bereiche der Gesch\u00e4ftsstrategie abdecken, wie Wachstums- und Wettbewerbsstrategien, Marketing- und Sales-Strategien, Markenstrategie, Produkt- und Innovationsstrategien. Als Organisations- und Personalentwickler hat er dabei nicht nur Vision und Strategie im Blick, sondern auch die Unternehmenskultur, die internen Prozesse und Systeme und nicht zuletzt die Menschen.
