Danach hat sie sich als Beraterin kleiner und mittlerer koreanischer Unternehmen in Deutschland mit der koreanischen Unternehmenspraxis vertraut gemacht. Seit 2006 ist sie als Senior Trainerin t\u00e4tig und f\u00fchrt sowohl in S\u00fcdkorea als auch in Europa interkulturelle Trainings f\u00fcr internationale Unternehmen durch. Sie ber\u00e4t deutsche Start-Ups hinsichtlich ihrer Expansionsm\u00f6glichkeiten in Korea. Sie ist zertifizierter International Profiler (WorldWork Licensed Consultant) und hat \u00fcber viele Jahre einen Lehrauftrag an der Dualen Hochschule Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg wahrgenommen.
