Norma Lange-Tagaza hat verschiedenste Fortbildungen absolviert, z. B. in den Bereichen Projektmanagement und Verhandlungsf\u00fchrung. Sie ist u.a. zertifiziert f\u00fcr den Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Norma Lange-Tagaza verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber langj\u00e4hrige internationale Berufserfahrung. Sie war beispielsweise im Rahmen von Projekten auf den Philippinen, in China, Hongkong, Indien, Indonesien, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapur, Sri Lanka und einigen L\u00e4ndern Afrikas t\u00e4tig. Seit 1990 arbeitet sie als interkulturelle Senior Trainerin, Coach und Consultant.
