Dabei sollten wir uns auf unsere Wurzeln, St\u00e4rke und Vielfalt besinnen.\u201c<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Andrea Mewaldt ist Dipl. Sozialp\u00e4dagogin (FH) mit Schwerpunkt Jugend- und Erwachsenenbildung und hat einen MBA-Abschluss in Management and Marketing in Central and Eastern Europe der Europa Universit\u00e4t Viadrina\/Collegium Polonicum. Im Auftrag des BMFSFJ war sie von 1992 bis 1997 als Beraterin zum Aufbau von Sozial- und Bildungsstrukturen in den Baltischen Staaten mit Residenz in Kaunas, Litauen t\u00e4tig. Nach den Balkankriegen von 1997 bis 2001 wurde sie Beraterin auf Zeit u. a. f\u00fcr Wiederaufbauprojekte und Entwicklung des Zivilsektors in Serbien, Bosnien und Herzegowina und Kosovo bei der Arbeitsgemeinschaft f\u00fcr Entwicklungshilfe AGEH e.V. Seit 2001 ist Andrea Mewaldt Inhaberin und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin einer Unternehmensberatung f\u00fcr Business Development in Ost-, Mittel- und S\u00fcdosteuropa. Nach vielen Jahren im Vorstand wurde sie 2018 zur Vorstandsvorsitzenden des Global Partners Bayern e. V. gew\u00e4hlt. Dieser initiiert und moderiert weltweit, face-to-face und digital unterst\u00fctzt durch eine PaaS Plattform, internationale Projektentwicklungen von Konsortien in den Bereichen Infrastruktur, Gesundheit, Energie und Umwelt. Frau Mewaldt absolvierte das Promotionsprogramm \u201eGlobal Management and Leadership\u201c an der Universit\u00e4t Lettland bestand 2013 erfolgreich die Abschlusspr\u00fcfung. Die Dissertation \u00fcber die Internationalisierung beruflicher Bildung wurde eingereicht, aber nicht verteidigt. 2017 erhielt sie das Abschlusszertifikat f\u00fcr die erfolgreiche Teilnahme am Executive Online-Kurs: \u201cState Capability. Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA)\u201d des Centres for Development an der Harvard University. Die ganzheitliche PDIA-Methodik ist auf alle systemischen Changemanagement-Prozesse anwendbar. Als Beraterin erarbeitet sie mit Vorst\u00e4nden und Arbeitsgruppen aus Unternehmen und NGOs Strategien zu den Themen Diversity, Corporate Culture, Shared Value und Nachhaltigkeit. Sie ist zertifizierte Schulungspartnerin f\u00fcr den Deutschen Nachhaltigkeitskodex. F\u00fcr EU-Projekte und Projekte internationaler Organisationen ist sie als Evaluatorin gem\u00e4\u00df den OECD\/DAC Standards t\u00e4tig. Als Dozentin ist und war sie an zahlreichen Universit\u00e4ten verpflichtet, aktuell an der Universit\u00e4t der Bundeswehr in M\u00fcnchen. 2022 engagierte sie sich f\u00fcr den European Innovation Council als Mentorin im \u201eEIC Women Leadership Programme.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Trainings- und Consultingschwerpunkte<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u00e4nderspezifische interkulturelle Trainings f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte sowie Vorbereitung von Expatriates und Impats: Estland, Lettland, Litauen, Polen, Russland, Ukraine, Slowakei, Tschechien, Ungarn, Slowenien, Kroatien, West-Balkan Staaten (SRB, MK, BIH, RKS, MNE, AL), Rum\u00e4nien und Bulgarien.<\/li>\n<li>Internationale Strategieberatung und Organisationsentwicklung f\u00fcr Unternehmen und Non-Profit-Organisationen incl.
