\nIsabelle Hansen, M.A., ist Deutsch-Franz\u00f6sin und hat ein Studium der Wirtschaft und Politik Ostasiens sowie der Betriebswirtschaftslehre in Deutschland und China absolviert. Seit 2010 ist sie als zertifizierte Trainerin, Business-Coach und Beraterin selbst\u00e4ndig t\u00e4tig. Umfangreiche internationale Arbeits- und F\u00fchrungserfahrung sammelte Isabelle Hansen in verschiedenen Unternehmen aus verschiedenen Branchen bei der Erschlie\u00dfung neuer M\u00e4rkte vor allem in China und Asien. Zuletzt in einem Medien Joint Venture in Beijing, wo sie als Head of Marketing & Development ein Team von rund 20 chinesischen Mitarbeitenden f\u00fchrte und mit dem Management an der Umsetzung neuer Prozesse und Integration in den internationalen Konzern wirkte. Frau Hansen verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber rund 30 Jahre operative und strategische Chinaerfahrung. Isabelle Hansen coacht als systemisch-l\u00f6sungsfokussierter Coach international t\u00e4tige Fach- und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte aller Ebenen. Als zertifizierte Business Moderatorin & Agile Facilitator sowie als Agile Change Managerin unterst\u00fctzt sie Unternehmen und Teams bei ihrer Entwicklung und dem Kulturwandel. In ihre Trainings und Workshops flie\u00dfen ihre Erfahrungen, agile Methoden und Ans\u00e4tze sowie Gamification ein \u2013 die Teilnehmenden sollen mit Spa\u00df und Leichtigkeit lernen und sich weiter entwickeln. Seit 2017 f\u00fchrt sie virtuelle Trainings durch und ist zertifizierte Online-Trainerin.
