Seit 25 Jahren unterst\u00fctzt sie Industrieunternehmen als passionierte interkulturelle Beraterin, Trainerin und Coach. Ihre berufliche Expertise beruht auch auf ihren mehr als 10j\u00e4hrigen T\u00e4tigkeiten als Koordinatorin zahlreicher interdisziplin\u00e4rer und internationaler Projekte f\u00fcr den mittel- und osteurop\u00e4ischen Raum.<br \/>\nIrena Morajko-Welzel absolvierte das Studium der Erziehungswissenschaften in Polen (Mag) und ein Aufbaustudium in Deutschland. Zahlreiche Weiterbildungen, wie z.B. ein mehrstufiges Programm: Systemisches Coaching sowie Leadership Competencies runden ihr Profil ab.
