Durch seine mehrj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und als Projektberater f\u00fcr internationale Unternehmen verf\u00fcgt er \u00fcber gro\u00dfe Expertise auf diesem Gebiet. Internationale Arbeitserfahrungen sowohl in Gro\u00dfbritannien, als auch in Belgien und den USA bilden die Grundlage seiner L\u00e4nderschwerpunkte als Managementcoach. Raoul Michael Koether zeichnet eine besondere Mischung aus Erfahrungshintergr\u00fcnden und Kompetenzen aus: Er ist Diplom-Ingenieur f\u00fcr Schiffs- und Meerestechnik und Volkswirtschaftslehre, er ist auf verschiedenen Organisationsebenen politisch und sozial engagiert und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber weitreichende Kommunikations-, Mediations- und Verhandlungskompetenzen. Seit einigen Jahren lehrt er zudem Kommunikation, Internationales und Interkulturelles Management, sowie Fehlermanagement an der Universit\u00e4t der Bundeswehr und der Hochschule Fresenius.
