Als interkulturelle Trainerin &amp; Beraterin verf\u00fcgt sie \u00fcber langj\u00e4hrige Expertise in der Konzeption und Durchf\u00fchrung interkultureller Coaching- und Trainingsma\u00dfnahmen in der deutsch-asiatischen Zusammenarbeit. Dabei unterst\u00fctzt sie die Unternehmen bei der Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung\u00a0 und dem Wissenstransfer in Ost- und S\u00fcdostasien durch ma\u00dfgeschneiderte interkulturelle Vorbereitung und Begleitung.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die studierte Chemikerin verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Berufserfahrung in der Industrie S\u00fcdostasiens. Im Rahmen internationaler Forschungsprojekte war sie in Singapur, Bangkok und Jakarta, t\u00e4tig. In Deutschland studierte sie S\u00fcdostasienwissenschaft und Psychologie und war Praktikantin in der Marketingabteilung eines Automobilherstellers an der Planung und Implementierung von Marketingstrategien f\u00fcr Asien-Pazifik-Region beteiligt. Sie dozierte an der Hochschule f\u00fcr Wirtschaft und Umwelt, N\u00fcrtingen-Geislingen im Masterstudiengang Automotive.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zertifiziert als Agiler Teamcoach und Lego\u00ae Serious Play\u00ae-methods and materials, integriert sie auch neueste Erkenntnisse der Neurowissenschaften in interkulturelle Trainings. L\u00e4nderschwerpunkte sind China, Japan, S\u00fcdkorea, Malaysia, Singapur, Thailand, Indonesien, Philippinen, Vietnam und Deutschland.Zudem gibt sie ihr Wissen als Trainerin im Train-the-Trainer-Programm weiter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Molly ist ein aktives Mitglied von SIETAR, eine Plattform f\u00fcr den interdisziplin\u00e4ren und fachlichen Austausch zu interkulturellen Themen in Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft.
