Mitarbeiter im Einklang mit den kollektiven Wertesystemen und unterst\u00fctzen diese wiederum die strategischen Ziele der Unternehmung, kann dieses System \u2013 sprich das Team, die Business Unit, das Unternehmen \u2013 seine volle Kraft entfalten und im Markt bestehen.
