Du willst durch New Work Ans\u00e4tze Dein Team (und Unternehmen) fit f\u00fcr die Zukunft machen? Selbstorganisation geschieht allerdings nicht von selbst. Wirksame Transformationen sind mehr als neue Organisationsformen. \u00c4u\u00dfere Ver\u00e4nderungen von Strukturen und Prozessen sollten von einer inneren Transformation begleitet werden. Denn wenn \u00e4u\u00dfere Organisationsstrukturen und -prozesse durch Selbstorganisation reduziert werden, ist der Aufbau von mehr Strukturen im Inneren der Teammitglieder*innen n\u00f6tig. Gewinne erste Einblicke zum Prozess und zum Thema Selbstorganisation.<\/p>\n<h4>Inhalt<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Was sind Erfolgsfaktoren von selbstorganisierten Teams?<\/li>\n<li>Wie kann ein Transformationsprozess verlaufen?<\/li>\n<li>Welche Werte und Motivation sollten Teammitglieder*innen mitbringen?<\/li>\n<li>Wie k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr die Selbstorganisation notwendige Kommunikations- und Reflexionskompetenzen gest\u00e4rkt werden?<\/li>\n<li>Welche Methoden und Werkzeuge braucht es f\u00fcr den Arbeitsalltag?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Nutzen<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Du erf\u00e4hrst, wie ein Transformationsprozess verlaufen kann<\/li>\n<li>Du bekommst eine Vorstellung davon, was Selbstorganisation bedeutet und was es braucht<\/li>\n<li>Du bekommst erste Einblicke und eine Entscheidungsgrundlage auf die Frage, ob Selbstorganisation etwas f\u00fcr Dich ist<\/li>\n<li>Du rennst nicht blind in die Selbstorganisation und sparst somit Zeit, Nerven, Geld<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Methoden<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Basis-Analyse Ihrer Team-Dynamik<\/li>\n<li>Coaching-Fragen und Diskussion zwischen den Teilnehmenden und der Prozessbegleiterin<\/li>\n<li>Nutzung von Breakout Sessions f\u00fcr Gruppenreflexionen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Hinweis zu den Zeiten<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Als virtueller Workshop: 9 &#8211; 12 Uhr und 14 &#8211; 17 Uhr<\/li>\n<li>Als Inhouse-Ma\u00dfnahme: 9 &#8211; 17 Uhr inkl.
