Gerade in Indonesien ist dieses Know-how von besonderer Bedeutung, wenn man erfolgreich dort leben und arbeiten m\u00f6chte. In diesem Workshop lernst Du die Grundlagen der interkulturellen Kommunikation mit indonesischen Mitarbeiter*innen, Kolleg*innen und Gesch\u00e4ftspartnern kennen, wissen um die \u201eFettn\u00e4pfchen\u201c und wie man diesen entgeht. Du bekommst hilfreiche Tipps von Praktiker*innen wie man mit indonesischen Gesch\u00e4ftspartnern, Beh\u00f6rden und Mitarbeiter*innen kommuniziert und zusammenarbeitet.<\/p>\n<h4>Inhalt<\/h4>\n<div class=\"col-sm-10\">\n<ul>\n<li>Land und Leute<\/li>\n<li>Geschichte und Politik &#8211; Auswirkungen auf die heutige Gesch\u00e4ftskultur<\/li>\n<li>Kulturelles Grundverst\u00e4ndnis und Vielfalt Indonesiens<\/li>\n<li>Umgang mit Gesch\u00e4ftspartnern<\/li>\n<li>Erfolgreiche Verhandlungsf\u00fchrung in Indonesien<\/li>\n<li>Mitarbeiterf\u00fchrung in Indonesien<\/li>\n<li>Die Rolle als F\u00fchrungskraft in Indonesien<\/li>\n<li>Kommunikation zwischen Indonesier*innen und Deutschen<\/li>\n<li>Zeitverst\u00e4ndnis und Arbeitsauffassung<\/li>\n<li>Religi\u00f6se Werte als Grundlage f\u00fcr das Leben in Indonesien<\/li>\n<li>Do&#8217;s and Don&#8217;ts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Nutzen<\/h4>\n<p>Das Seminar vermittelt Dir grundlegende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit indonesischen Gesch\u00e4ftspartnern, Mitarbeiter*innen, Lieferant*innen und Kolleg*innen. Unsere Referent*innen erkl\u00e4ren Dir die verschiedenen kulturellen Grundlagen und geben Dir anhand praktischer Beispiele das R\u00fcstzeug f\u00fcr den Alltag in Indonesien.<\/p>\n<h4>Methoden<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Besprechung und Analyse von Fallbeispielen<\/li>\n<li>Erfahrungsaustausch und Diskussion<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e4sentation und Trainer-Input<\/li>\n<li>Teilnehmerorientierte Reflexion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Hinweis zu den Zeiten<\/h4>\n<p>Als virtueller Workshop: 9 \u2013 12 Uhr und 14 \u2013 17 Uhr<\/p>\n<p>Als Inhouse-Ma\u00dfnahme: 9 &#8211; 17 Uhr inkl. Mittagspause und Kaffeepausen<\/p>\n<h4>Teilnehmerzahl: 3 bis max. 10<\/h4>\n<p>Das Training kannst Du als Inhouse-Ma\u00dfnahme oder als virtuelles Training buchen. Bei mehr als zwei Interessenten k\u00f6nnen wir auch ein offenes Training nach Deinen W\u00fcnschen terminieren.
