Kultur spielt hier eine wesentliche Rolle, denn sie nimmt auch Einfluss auf die Motivation von Mitarbeiter*innen. Um Mitarbeiter*innen wirksam zu motivieren und Potenziale zu f\u00f6rdern, lohnt es sich den Blick auf kulturelle Besonderheiten zu richten. Der wichtigste Motivationsfaktor, unabh\u00e4ngig von Kultur und Unternehmen, weltweit, ist tats\u00e4chlich der respektvolle Umgang.
