Herausforderungen entstehen, wenn agile Ans\u00e4tze weltweit ausgerollt und Teil der internationalen virtuellen Zusammenarbeit werden sollen. Unterschiedliche Vorstellungen von Selbstorganisation, in der Kommunikation von kritischen Projektinformationen oder im Planungsverhalten f\u00fchren schnell zu Unstimmigkeiten und behindern die zielgerichtete Zusammenarbeit. F\u00fchren auf Augenh\u00f6he wird international betrachtet oft unterschiedlich interpretiert.<\/p>\n<p>Mit folgenden Inhalten sensibilisiert das Seminar f\u00fcr typische Stolpersteine beim Rollout agiler Praktiken.
