Seit letztem Jahr auch unter versch\u00e4rften Bedingungen \u2013 virtuell aus dem Home Office, ohne M\u00f6glichkeit der pers\u00f6nlichen Begegnung. Zeit f\u00fcr einen Moment des Innehaltens und Reflektion der eigenen Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit. Der Kurzworkshop vermittelt einen Einblick \u00fcber m\u00f6gliche Fallstricke in der Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Standorten, multikulturellen Projektteams und \u00fcber Landesgrenzen hinweg.<\/p>\n<p>Je nach Bedarf der Teilnehmenden k\u00f6nnen z. B. folgende Themenbereiche, die in der Zusammenarbeit multikultureller Teams eine Rolle spielen, beleuchtet werden:<\/p>\n<h4>Inhalte<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Culture@work &#8211; Fallstrick K\u00f6rpersprache + Wahrnehmung<\/li>\n<li>Kulturelle Orientierungsrahmen<\/li>\n<li>Kopf vs. Herz &#8211; Aufbau vertrauensvoller Gesch\u00e4ftsbeziehungen<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fchrungsstile &#8211; Hierarchie und Entscheidungsfindung<\/li>\n<li>Kommunikationsstile &#8211; Low- und High-Context-Kulturen<\/li>\n<li>Fallstrick Verst\u00e4rker Teamarbeit: multikulturell &#8211; virtuell &#8211; remote &#8211; hybrid<\/li>\n<li>Ableitung von Strategien f\u00fcr die gelungene Zusammenarbeit \u00fcber Grenzen, Kulturen und Distanz hinweg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Methoden<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Trainer Input<\/li>\n<li>Virtuelle Tools (u.a. Umfragen, Chat, Whiteboard, Quiz)<\/li>\n<li>Interaktive \u00dcbungen &amp; Breakout Sessions in Tandems &amp; Gruppen<\/li>\n<li>Erfahrungsaustausch und Diskussion zwischen den Teilnehmenden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Hinweis zu den Zeiten<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Dauer: 3 Stunden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Teilnehmerzahl: 3 bis max. 10<\/h4>\n<p>Das Training kannst Du als Inhouse-Ma\u00dfnahme oder als virtuelles Training buchen. Bei mehr als zwei Interessenten k\u00f6nnen wir auch ein offenes Training nach Deinen W\u00fcnschen terminieren.
