In dieser Fortbildung erlernst Du ganz praktisch das technische und methodische Instrumentarium f\u00fcr interaktive und kreative Live Online Trainings. In der Lerngruppe reflektierst Du die vielf\u00e4ltigen Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten und profitierst dabei von den Erfahrungen der Kolleg*innen.<\/p>\n<p>Lerne, wie Du online genauso souver\u00e4n und wirksam trainieren kannst wie Du es im Seminarraum gewohnt bist. Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt und mit viel Raum zum Ein\u00fcben.<\/p>\n<h4>Zielgruppe<\/h4>\n<p>Trainer*innen und Coaches, die Unternehmen und Organisationen in der Personalentwicklung unterst\u00fctzen, Soft Skills der Mitarbeiter*innen und Selbstwirksamkeit beim Lernen f\u00f6rdern und somit erfahren sind in der Durchf\u00fchrung von verschiedenen aktivierenden Pr\u00e4senzformaten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Teilnehmenden sind bereits vertraut im Umgang mit Online Tools und haben Grunderfahrung mit der Verwendung von Chat-Programmen und virtuellen White Boards.<\/p>\n<h4>Ziele der Fortbildung<\/h4>\n<p>Die Teilnehmer*innen\u2026.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;trauen sich zu, interaktive Live Online Trainings erfolgreich zu entwickeln und durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;profitieren von den Erfahrungen Ihrer Kolleg*innen.<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;wissen wie sie Ihre Trainings und Methoden im virtuellen Raum interaktiv und kreativ umsetzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;haben die Online Instrumente bereits mehrfach selbst ausprobiert und dadurch Sicherheit gewonnen, im virtuellen Raum zu arbeiten.<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;k\u00f6nnen Ihre Trainings-Teilnehmer*innen und Coachees online motivieren und begleiten.<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;erkennen, welche Chancen und Grenzen die virtuelle Durchf\u00fchrung mit sich bringt.<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;freuen sich darauf, interaktive Live Online Trainings und Beratungen durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;entwickeln ein Verst\u00e4ndnis daf\u00fcr, was ein Live Online Training ausmacht und wie dies gegebenenfalls im Widerspruch zum Verst\u00e4ndnis der \u00d6ffentlichkeit steht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Module<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Modul A: Grundlagen: Lernen im virtuellen Raum<\/li>\n<li>Module B + C:\u00a0 Handwerkszeug Teil 1 und Teil 2: Funktionen souver\u00e4n anwenden<\/li>\n<li>Modul D:\u00a0 Konzeptionelle Herausforderungen kennen und meistern<\/li>\n<li>Modul E: Methoden in den virtuellen Raum transferieren und kreativ anwenden<\/li>\n<li>Modul F: Gr\u00f6\u00dfere Gruppen aktivierend und ergebnisorientiert moderieren<\/li>\n<li>Peergroups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Hinweis zu den Zeiten<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>6 Online Module zu je 120 Minuten, verteilt auf 2 Tage (jeweils 8.00 &#8211; 18.00 Uhr CET inkl. Pausen sowie Peergroup-Arbeitseinheiten).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Teilnehmerzahl: 3 bis max. 10<\/h4>\n<p>Das Training kannst Du als Inhouse-Ma\u00dfnahme oder als virtuelles Training in deutscher oder englischer Sprache buchen. Bei mehr als zwei Interessenten k\u00f6nnen wir auch ein offenes Training nach Ihren W\u00fcnschen terminieren.
