H\u00e4ufiger entstehen Schwierigkeiten durch unterschiedliche Erwartungen, Kommunikationsstile und Entscheidungsprozesse.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem praxisorientierten Workshop lernen die Teilnehmenden typische Stolpersteine in der Zusammenarbeit mit japanischen Partnern kennen und entwickeln konkrete Handlungsstrategien f\u00fcr ihre eigenen Gesch\u00e4ftssituationen. Statt theoretischer Kulturvermittlung stehen reale Herausforderungen aus dem Berufsalltag und deren praktische L\u00f6sung im Mittelpunkt.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend werden die Teilnehmenden in drei individuellen Coaching-Sessions bei ihren konkreten F\u00e4llen begleitet. Diese Eins-zu-eins-Begleitung stellt sicher, dass die erarbeiteten Strategien nachhaltig in die Praxis \u00fcbertragen und individuelle Herausforderungen souver\u00e4n gemeistert werden.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Inhalte<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Erwartungen und Arbeitsweisen japanischer Gesch\u00e4ftspartner verstehen<\/li>\n<li>Die Bedeutung von Zusagen, Konsensbildung und Verbindlichkeit in der japanischen Gesch\u00e4ftskultur<\/li>\n<li>Hierarchie, Entscheidungsprozesse und informelle Abstimmung in der Praxis<\/li>\n<li>Effektive Pr\u00e4sentationen f\u00fcr japanische Zielgruppen<\/li>\n<li>Simulationen und Feedback anhand praxisnaher Szenarien<\/li>\n<li>Aktionsplan und Transfer in den beruflichen Alltag<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die konkreten Schwerpunkte des Workshops werden auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse, Herausforderungen und Zielsetzungen der Teilnehmenden abgestimmt.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Nutzen<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Kulturell bedingte Missverst\u00e4ndnisse und Konfliktpotenziale fr\u00fchzeitig erkennen<\/li>\n<li>Die Erwartungen japanischer Gesch\u00e4ftspartner besser einsch\u00e4tzen und ber\u00fccksichtigen<\/li>\n<li>Gespr\u00e4che, Meetings und Verhandlungen zielgerichteter f\u00fchren<\/li>\n<li>Kritik und schwierige Botschaften konstruktiv vermitteln, ohne das Vertrauen zu gef\u00e4hrden<\/li>\n<li>Konkrete L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr eigene Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00e4lle entwickeln und umsetzen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Methoden<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Interaktive Fallstudien<\/li>\n<li>Simulationen und Rollenspiele<\/li>\n<li>Einzel- und Gruppen\u00fcbungen<\/li>\n<li>Geleitete Selbstreflexion und strategische Aufarbeitung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Hinweis zu den Zeiten<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Als virtueller Workshop: 9 &#8211; 12 Uhr und 14 &#8211; 17 Uhr<\/li>\n<li>Als Inhouse-Ma\u00dfnahme: 9 &#8211; 17 Uhr inkl.
