Auch \u201cGlobal Indians\u201c mit internationalem Mindset besinnen sich zunehmend auf ein indo- zentrisches Verst\u00e4ndnis von Leadership. Think locally, act globally. Dabei geht es nicht immer um die Befreiung aus den kulturellen \u00dcberlagerungen der letzten Jahrhunderte, oder das Ableiten von F\u00fchrungsprinzipien und -werten aus historischen, mythologischen und spirituellen Quellen.<\/p>\n<h4>Inhalte<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Seit einiger Zeit entsteht eine hochkomplexe und zukunftsweisende Leadership-Kultur, die nicht nur lokal das \u201ewestliche\u201c F\u00fchrungsverst\u00e4ndnis kritisch hinterfragen, sondern auch global Impulse freisetzen will. In diesem Workshop werden einige der einflussreichsten indischen \u201cManagement-Gurus\u201c, Vision\u00e4re und Pragmatiker vorgestellt.
