Er arbeitet als Coach und Trainer und bietet Seminare und Workshops f\u00fcr Fach- und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte die ihre interkulturellen Kommunikations- und Managementkompetenzen weiterentwickeln wollen. Auslandserfahrungen sammelte er durch mehrere Arbeitsaufenthalte in vielen L\u00e4ndern. Er studierte Anglistik und Deutsch als Fremdsprache an der Universit\u00e4t Heidelberg und ist Dozent f\u00fcr Business Communication &amp; Intercultural Management (Schwerpunkt: arabische Welt) an der Hochschule Worms. Dar\u00fcber hinaus lehrt er an anderen Universit\u00e4ten. In seiner Arbeit als Berater und Trainer konzentriert er sich insbesondere auf die arabischen L\u00e4nder sowie auf die Vorbereitung von Fach- und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften auf ihren Aufenthalt in Deutschland oder die MENA Region.
