Negotiation techniques

International negotiations involve an extraordinary level of stress for all those involved. Cultural differences are often brought to bear.  This makes it all the more important to prepare oneself for these special challenges.

The universal laws and causes governing successful negotiations are pinpointed in our training courses.  Topics such as the culturally related values and expectations that influence the negotiation process are broached and different negotiating styles are highlighted. 

  • How can you prepare for international negotiations and how should business people behave towards your foreign business partners and clients?
  • How do such things as thought patterns, attitudes to time and planning and decision-making processes differ?
  • How can you adapt to the respective cultural peculiarities without giving up your own identity and authenticity?

You will receive a set of tools that will help you to conduct negotiations as efficiently as possible and to build and maintain long-term relationships. Do not put the success of your negotiations at stake, instead make target-oriented preparations for negotiations on an international level!
